Q1: My Videos will not work. What can I do?
A1: Make sure you have downloaded the latest version
for Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. Then download and
install The free Windows media player. The clips are in
Windows media format. You need to install the windows media
player to view these clips.

Choose which version to download and follow the instructions.
Q2: My movie clip is very small in the lower left
part of the screen. How can I make it larger?
A2: You need to unlock the player from the browser.
There is a little button to the lower right of the video
window. If you mouse over this a tool tip will say "Unlock
player". Click on this to unlock the player. Then to
enlarge this window to the desired size, carefully grab a corner of
the video player and left click and drag while holding the mouse
down and resize the window to the desired size.
Q2: The clips are freezing up halfway through.
What can I do?
A2: Check to ensure you have the newest Media Player
for your computer. Also Try rebooting the machine.
Copying the CD to your hard drive might help with a slower CD ROM
drive and should fix all other problems.
